Core Leadership Team
Tyler is the founder and President of Papercup Retail Services. Following a successful 30-year career in the magazine publishing industry – managing national accounts for companies like Time Inc. Retail and the Meredith Corporation – Tyler made the bold move to start a retail services company that serves clients across North America. Daily, Tyler applies his strong leadership skills, expertise in supply chain logistics and retail execution strategies, as well as an exceptional ability to thrive in a demanding environment, to meet client expectations and create a work environment where people thrive. His work ethic can be summed up in something Henry Ford once said: “Quality means doing it right when no one is looking.” Ty is responsible for client relations, business strategy and management, and overseeing this dynamic and growing company.
Chief Operating Officer
Tom has had a long and effective career in the retail industry with over 28 years of experience in various roles with Time Distribution Services, Time Warner Retail, Meredith Corporation and Dotdash Meredith. Prior to working in the magazine industry, Tom spent 10 years in sales and management roles with consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies in grocery and general merchandise categories. As Papercup’s Chief Operating Officer, Tom brings expertise that is critical to ensuring clients’ success at retail and building Papercup’s win-win team culture. Tom is responsible for retail operations, business development, hiring and training, and client services.
Chief Information Officer
Stephen brings extensive experience in the CPG industry, with a dynamic career that arches over diverse roles and experiences. From client services, marketing, distribution, category management, business development, retail merchandising and information management, Stephen has held leadership and ground-breaking roles that have produced exceptional results for clients and consumers. As Papercup’s Chief Information Officer, Stephen builds and manages Papercup’s innovative data systems and delivers critical project-related information to clients through an easy-to-use dashboard.
